Dear huiddierenoppas,

I'm Mellani, half venezuelan - half italian :). I'm writing to express my interest in working as a pet babysitter in the afternoons. I am currently looking for a part-time position that allows me to spend time doing something I genuinely enjoy, being around animals and caring for them, specially dogs and cats.

Growing up, I had dogs and was involved in their daily care (from feeding and walking to playtime). After moving to The Netherlands, I haven’t been able to have pets of my own, and I truly miss the company and joy they bring.

Pet sitting would not only be a fulfilling job for me but also a way to reconnect with animals in a meaningful and responsible way. I am a calm, reliable and compassionate person, and I take responsibilities seriously.
