Your pet's safety, comfort and happiness are always my priority. 🐾

Before every booking, I take the time to understand your pet's personality, daily routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, behaviour and any special care requirements. I want your pet to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible while you're away.

**For house sitting**, I care for your pets in their familiar environment, following your instructions for meals, fresh water, walks, toilet breaks, playtime and rest. I treat your home with respect, keep things tidy and make sure doors, gates and windows are secure. I'll keep you updated with messages and photos so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind.

**For dog walking**, I use the agreed leash and harness, follow your preferred walking routine and pay attention to your dog's behaviour and surroundings. I never deliberately let a dog off-leash without the owner's explicit permission and a safe, agreed arrangement.

I also ask owners to share important information in advance, including allergies, medication, veterinary details and emergency contacts. If a pet becomes unwell or an emergency occurs, I'll contact you promptly and seek veterinary assistance when needed.

I believe good communication and trust are essential. I'll always be honest about what I can offer and only accept bookings where I can safely meet your pet's needs. Every animal deserves patience, kindness and individual attention. ❤️🐶🐱
